CapeCodes invites you to its day conclave/pre-conclave which will be held on Saturday, 10th of April 2010 at 10:00 am till 5:00 pm.

The Day Conclave is one of the Audio Drama events on our yearly calendar of presentations to the community. It takes place during the day; unlike the “Stay-Awake” Conclave, our 24-hour event which happens overnight at the end of the year.

Participating groups perform in the morning and are constructively criticised by their peers. The groups then take the critical notes and rework their presentations for the afternoon performing events.
This year’s event will take place in Dunoon Community Hall beginning at 10:00 am for the morning presentations. Our afternoon presentations will begin at 3:00 pm.

To get to the DuNoon Community Hall, enter DuNoon from either the Clinic(Usasazo street) or Taxi Rank streets (Waxberry street) and make an immediate left at the first street. Take the street to the very end where a slight right bend will bring you to the Community Hall.

Your presence would be highly appreciated, as we want to introduce this dynamic art form in our circle of arts life in our community.

There will be different groups performing from various townships such as Marcus Garvey Village in Phillipi, Khayelitsha, DuNoon, Langa, etc.
